My case is stuck in National Benefits Center (Lee's Summit MO 64002) since January 13 2020. After numerous calls, they finally changed my case status in November 2020 to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" and it hasn't changed since. Now April'22 its shifted from TSC to NBC stating "In order to speed up processing". And it may probably be then sent from NBC to local FO.
